Order Picking - retail priority
Orders are picked from wither our warehouse or retail shopfront, depending on the product type, seasonal variation or stock levels.
In some instances, retail stock will take precedence over online sales, and there may be occassions where the items you have ordered online will no longer be available. In this case we will offer you the chose of a similar item (brand, cost, size) or a refund on that item.
Warm weather shipping
Canberra Candy is not responsible for any items that are received in a condition that is not perfect as the result of heat or condensation damage.
Ordering perishable items that may be prone to melting in the warmer months is at your risk.
International Shipping
Overseas orders will be sent but are at the risk of the buyer. Canberra Candy is not responsible for undeliverable packages that may be subject to quarantine and import laws at your respective destination.
If you are unsure as to your import regulations, please do not purchase, as no refund will be provided once it is shipped.
Additional fees, duties and tarrifs are the responsibility of, and payable by, the buyer.
