Product Information

Every effort is made to declare known ingredients where a potential allergen risk may exist.  We rely solely on the information provided via our manufacturers and importers and whilst every care is made, we cannot be responsible for the ingredients of any item herein.

If you are unsure if an item is suitable, please enquire and we will endeavour to assist you with more detailed ingredient listings if they are available.

In warmer weather, all chocolate orders are packed in bubble wrap to help insulate against heat, however we cannot guarantee the temperatures inside a delivery van especially in the peak of summer.  Returns are not covered where chocolates have melted due to shipping, so if you are concerned with the temperatures please select the Express Shipping option.

Orders and Shipping

Orders are packed and despatched the following business day in Canberra, ACT.  

Australia Post typically takes 2-5 business days to deliver depending on your location. Australia Post may take longer depending on peak periods and other weather factors beyond their control.

Please contact us immediately once you receive your order confirmation email.

Please note we cannot amend delivery addresses once an order has been despatched, and we take no responsibility and make no refund where an incorrect address has been entered and despatched to.

Once your order is ready for shipping despatch, you will be notified with an Australia Post tracking number.  You can use this to track the progress of your order via the Australia Post website

All card information is SSL encrypted and processed securely by Stripe and we do not see or store your card information.

You can choose to save your payment information in your account page to make checkout quicker.  We cannot see or access this information.

Australia Post ships to all countries, just complete the shipping address at Checkout and you can see the cost.

Where large orders are placed, you may receive multiple packages.  You will be provided with tracking information for each package once it is despatched.

Our website accepts payments using Visa and Mastercard. All card information is encrypted and processed securely by Stripe and we do not see or store your card information.  

We have offered pickup in the past but due to a recent security issue this is no longer an option for the safety of our staff.

Returns and Exchanges

Unfortunately we get things wrong sometimes, so if there is an error with your order please contact us immediately.

Some items, such as advertised post Best Before dates or gift cards, cannot be returned.

If you have received an incorrect item please contact us immediately and send an photo to [email protected] and we can discuss a replacement or credit of the item.

If your package is damaged in transit please bring this to the attention of Australia Post.  There is a basic expectation that goods are delivered in a safe and secure manner free from external damage.

In the event of an authorised product return, we will provide the return address. 

Please do not send items back without a Return Authorisation

Contact us immediately if you have made an error with your order. If your order has been despatched it cannot be altered or refunded.

Please note that shipping fees are calculated by Australia Post and are beyond our control.

We do not offer pre-order as some of our products sell out quickly and the transit times from the US, UK and New Zealand can be unpredictable. We don’t want to hold your money for an unknown period of time, that is unfair to all of us.

If an item is out of stock you can add it to your Waitlist and you will be notified when it is available again to purchase.

Once your order is packed and ready for pickup, we appreciate if you collect it wihin 4 business days to ensure your goods are as fresh as you can get them.

Where orders are not collected after 2 weeks, we may refund your order less a 20% re-stocking fee to cover the cost of our admin time and the credit card surcharge fees.
