We hope you enjoy your Canberra Candy order from us, however despite all good intentions, sometimes things don’t quite go to plan. If for some reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 3 working days of receiving your goods.
You are covered by Australian Consumer Law in the event that an item supplied isn’t as advertised, faulty or not fit for purpose, however some items cannot be accepted for return if:
- the items were sold with clearly displayed Best Before / Out of Date declarations
- you change of mind
- you don’t like the taste of something
- an out of stock item was substituted with your permission
- gift vouchers
- melted items
It is our discretion to offer you a refund of the item, replacement of the item, or a store credit for the amount of the item.
